Holidays. 9 paid holidays (pro-rated for employees
who work 20-39 hours per week). Hours worked on holidays
are paid at time-and-a-half. Holiday hours are paid for
the same number of hours worked (after employee completes
provisional period).
Sick Pay. 8 hours per month sick pay for employees
who work at least 30 hours/week after the 90-day provisional
period. Can be carried forward up to 480 hours. 40% of
sick pay may supplement disability.
Vacation. Hours are based on length of service
and level, and are prorated for employees who work 20-39
hours per week. Up to 40 hours can be carried forward.
Employees receive 80
hours annually during their first 36 months of employment;
120 hours annually during 37-120 months of employment;
and 160 hours annually thereafter.
Assistant Department
Heads receive 80 hours annually during their first 24
months of employment; 120 hours annually during 25-60
months of employment; and 160 hours thereafter.
Department Directors
receive 120 hours annually during their first 36 months
of employment, and 160 hours annually thereafter.
Short Term Disability. Company funds first 7 calendar
days and insurance company funds 8th day to 60 months
at 60%.
Long Term Disability. 180 day elimination period,
60% of monthly salary.
Flex Spending Account. Premium conversion offered
on a pre-tax basis for employee's health insurance (medical
and dental) cost.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment.
Effective first day of month following date of hire. Amount
is equal to annual salary.

Benefits
Health Insurance. Full-time employees
eligible. Coverage begins first day of month following hire.
Employee pays for selected coverage on a percentage basis.
Pre-existing conditions are not automatically covered if
out-of-network benefits are used.
Tax Sheltered Annuity. 403(b) retirement
plan. Company matches up to 4% of gross pay on a dollar-for-dollar
basis. Calculated on pretax basis. Maximum employee contribution
subject to government limits. Company match eligibility
is determined on January 1 and July 1 for staff working
20 or more scheduled hours per week after a 3-month provisional
period. All staff, regardless of scheduled hours, may participate
in the voluntary portion of plan upon hire.
Additional Group Life & Long Term Disability
Insurance. Offered once a year through A.M. Best "A"
or better-rated insurance company, on a payroll deduction
basis. Portable as long as premiums are paid directly to
the insurance company. Available to staff with 20 or more
hours per week and 6-months service.

Additional Benefits
Parking. Free to all staff.
Tuition Reimbursement Plan. Up to
50% of tuition and fees (only) for a grade of "C" or better.
Capped at amount determined by the President, based on number
who apply. Prorated for employees who work 20-39 hours per
week.
Scholars
Program. Provides scholarship awards to assist part-time,
year-round student employees with tuition and fees at accredited
colleges, universities and trade schools. Must work a minimum
of 520 hours to be eligible for a $1,000 award ($500 per
semester).
The
Columbia Bank. A full-service branch of The Columbia
Bank (FDIC) located at RPP will cash employee payroll checks
and handle direct deposit.
Direct Deposit. Available to all staff
for bi-weekly payroll depositing into a checking or savings
account at participating financial institutions.
Fitness and Aquatics Center. Available
for staff to use during specified hours at no cost.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Designed to provide professional assistance to full- and
part-time employees when they experience personal difficulties
which impact work performance.
